Biography

Christopher James Berlingieri represents employees in New York and Connecticut. His practice focuses on sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination, along with wage-and-hour claims such as unpaid wages, overtime, and minimum wage, under state and federal law.

After working with disadvantaged and immigrant clients in the New York City metro area, Christopher founded Berlingieri Law, PLLC in 2015 to expand access to justice for underrepresented communities in New York and Connecticut. The firm offers contingency fee arrangements so that employees who cannot afford high hourly legal fees can still get representation.

Christopher works directly with each client, treats every case with care, and keeps clients informed at every stage. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
